Krzysztof has over 14 years of experience in the real estate and financial services. Krzysztof joined Knight Frank in 2011 after spending over 2 years in PwC having worked on audit and due diligence projects of real estate and financial sector projects.
Krzysztof’s primary focus is maintaining relationships with all key industry players and sourcing new capital on the Polish real estate market. Within the team, has worked on numerous recognizable projects including acquisition and disposal of commercial buildings, debt financing and plots transactions, among others acquisition of Nowogrodzka Square, prime office building in Warsaw, on behalf of Amundi as well as Brama Portowa, Wola Center, Retro Office House, Silesia Star, Andersia Business Centre, Wratislavia Centre, Pilot Tower, Warsaw Corporate Centre or Stratos office building in Warsaw.
As Managing Partner Krzysztof is responsible for all business lines in Knight Frank Poland.
